Locality Northern Sierra Nevada Foothills. Cove on south side of South Fork Feather River arm of Lake Oroville between Stringtown Mountain and Stringtown Road.

HabitatAlmost flat, narrow wetland stringer (no standing water now) across weedy annual grassland flat opening in canyon live oak/gray pine/madrone woodland. With Juncus effusus, Typha, Cyperus eragrostis, Polypogon, Mimulus guttatus. Culms sharply triangular, soft; one clump of this seen, easily pulled (then destroyed).
