HabitatUpper west-side of meadow; very soggy, watery, gentle-sloping to southeast; surrounded by forest of Jeffrey pine, sugar pine, white fir, incense cedar. Plants forming large masses 6-8 dm high; foliage and young fruits glaucous gray-green.
