HabitatRoadside seep feeding an un-named ephemeral tributary of North Fork Feather River. Roadside opening through southeast-facing slope of mixed conifer forest (Ponderosa pine, Douglas-fir, canyon live oak, California bay), also Alnus rhombifolia; with Cyperus eragrostis, Juncus effuses. Plants rhizomatous.
