Habitat | Along west side of river on a point bar. This location exhibits an old growth riparian Cottonwood forest stand with lots of Artemisia douglasiana within the understory and Equisetum. The point bar has a lot of younger Salix spp. and Populus fremontii, as well as many herbs including Sorghum halepense and an occasional Mimulus has been seen. Male plant. | ||||
