HabitatAmong 'hummocky' rolling hills just N of Rice Creek, in grazed annual grassland. On N-facing slope in bottom of narrow drainage crease, in moist soil with Gratiola ebracteata, Pogogyne zizyphoroides, and Veronica peregrina subsp. xalapensis. Also common in moist bottoms of vernal pools, vernal swales and old creek channels/oxbows on terrace just N of creek.
