Locality About 20 air miles W of Orland, vicinity of Newville and Rocky Ridge in Blue Oak savanna.

HabitatOn SW-facing slope on gravelly clay soil, under edge of Ceanothus cuneatus, with Allophyllum gilioides subsp. gilioides, Githopsis specularioides, Delphinium sp., and Pectocarya pusilla. One lower branch of only plt present in vicinity, in early fruit. Corolla tubes 1.5-2 cm long.
