Locality Large, vernally flooded meadow on the east side of Forest Route 15, 10.9 mi north of Hwy. 89.

HabitatLodgepole Pine Forest. Common in wet soil on the meadow. Plants in this population, which grew in standing water earlier in the year, are sometimes recognized as the var. incana (A.Gray) Hulten.
