Locality Along USFS Rd 22N29 down the narrow SW-trending ridge from Arkansas Ravine, and separating Bear Gulch on the W from Pigtail and Hunter's Ravines on the E.

HabitatAlong road, down narrow ridge. In pale rocky soil, beside the road in openings among Ponderosa pine-Black oak forest with Silene lemmonii, Epilobium sp. and, at S tip of the ridge, Viola tomentosa.
