Locality Ca. 2.5 mi SSW of Big Bar Mtn, on gentle SSE-facing slope on the N side of USFS rd 22N84.

HabitatOn serpentine outcrop which extends for 0.2 mi along the road. With scattered California Bay, Canyon live oak, Redbud, Rhamnus rubra, R. tomentella subsp. Tomentella, and Ceanothus cuneatus. Diverse herbaceous cover includes Grindelia camporum, Trichostema lanceolatum, Brodiaea californica, Monardella sheltonii, Calycadenia truncata subsp. Scabreela, and Polygala cornuta. Allium plants seemed robust and were quite dense around rocks by road.
