Locality Central Valley. TNC Vina Plains Preserve, W pasture 0.1 miles S of Lassen Road and 0.6 miles E of its intersection with Highway 99. Vernal pool.
Elevation 67 m
HabitatLarge vernal pool in annual grassland. Large population (>10,000 plants) at rather low density over the shallower southern third of the pool bed; associated with Eryngium vaseyi, Marsilea vestita, Chamaesyce hooveri, Proboscidea louisianica, Asclepias fascicularis, Convolvulus arvensis, Amaranthus albus.
