Locality Along the edge of the road, about 1 mile south of Crystal Hill, near Oregon Gulch, near Lake Oroville, about 7 miles south-west of Feather Falls.

HabitatYellow Pine Forest. Growing on dry bare granite soil along the edge of the road. Annual, stems 2-3 dm. long. Normal size plants. The plant is not common in the area.
