Locality Near North Honcut Creek, about 1 1/4 miles north and 3 miles east of Honcut.

HabitatNormal to large plant size. Found growing on damp rocky red soil on a shadey north slope. There is a large colony of these plants in this area only. The flowers are white with a yellow base. Foothill Woodland. Perennial, scape 1- 2 dm. Tall.
