Locality Great Basin. Around outer edge of Big Mud Lake, near NW corner of lake.
Elevation 1636 m
HabitatOn the dry cracked white mud in band. Very shallow lake surrounded by low sagebrush with scattered juniper. Past flower; stems decumbent to almost prostrate; extremely abundant in this outer band, often with Polygonum aviculare subsp. Buxiforme and occasional Plagiobothrys leptocladus.
