Locality | Northern High Sierra Nevada. Plumas National Forest; mid-slope North Fork Feather River canyon 1.1 air km north of Poe Dam, along Camp Creek Road at crossing of Dogwood Creek. |

Habitat | Almost vertical rock outcrop road cutbank covered by thick mosses, some of it still moist from seepage; filtered sun through incense cedar, white alder, canyon live oak, Douglas-fir, plus a little shrubby-ness from Diplacus grandiflorus (still flowering), Aesculus californicus, Toxicodendron diversilobum; Ceanothus integerrimus along the road edge; with Heuchera micrantha, Cystopteris fragilis, Polypodium calirhiza. Plants growing out of almost vertical moss mats on granite rock; no flowers seen. |
