Habitat | Mostly natural northwest-facing slope of blue oak woodland/annual grassland matrix, plus scattered gray pine, Arctostaphylos manzanita, Rhamnus ilicifolia, Ceanothus cuneatus, Heteromeles arbutifolia, with lots of invading Olea europaea. Plant a single, probably feral, tree 12-15 m tall, partially shaded by a tall gray pine; lots of almost mature fruits present - green but turning pink then red. |
