Locality Northern High Sierra Nevada. Plumas National Forest; at the base of a small cliff band on the southwest side of the North Fork Feather River 220 m southwest of Bardees Bar.
Elevation 321 m
HabitatGrowing at the transition of riparian and up-slope vegetation in a relatively dry area with Rhamnus ilicifolia, Vitus californica and Saponaria officinalis. Four foot tall plant with three stems. Plant was past flower but seeds were sill contained within the flower heads. Only one plant seen.
