| Habitat | Found in steep limestone cliffs in montane hardwood and mixed chaparral habitat. 35 plants observed scattered in cracks on nearly vertical rock on a northerly aspect limestone outcrop. Associated species include Quercus chrysolepis, Aesculus californica, Cercis occidentalis, Holodiscus discolor, Philadelphus lewisii, Fraxinus dipetala, Garrya fremontii, Arabis breweri, Delphinium nudicaule, Penstemon azureus, Sedum spathulifolium, Erysimum capitatum, and Bromus madritensis. |
