Locality Ca 11 air mi SSW of Stonyford, 5 mi NW of Indian Valley Reservoir, just N of Colusa/Lake Co line, near Bear Wallow Spring. In serpentine substrate on NNW-facing slope W of Lovelady Ridge rd ca 0.5 mi N of its jcn with USFS Rd 16N06, 0.6 mi NE of Pacific Point.

HabitatIn serpentine substrate on NNW-facing slope. On dry ridges above spring, in diverse shrubland including scattered Knobcone pine, with Eriodictyon californicum, Cupressus macnabiana and Ceanothus jepsonii var. albiflorus. Plts ca 4 ft tall.
