Locality Mojave Desert. Along a small valley 1.0 km norhtwest of Opal Mountian.
Elevation 1012 m
HabitatBajada-like area sloping to west-northwest, in a diverse shrubland with Ephedra, Ambrosia sp, Thamnosma montana, Lycium cooperi, and occas. Larrea. On coarse, sharp multicolored gravel, with Stipa sp, Mentzelia sp, and Ambrosia tessellata. Shrub in full fl and early frt; not abundant here.
