Locality San Bernardino Mountains; East of Running Springs School Road at the southeast edge of Running Springs, south of Highway 18 near Seymour Flat.
HabitatYellow pine forest of Pinus ponderosa, P. coulteri, P. lambertiana, Abies concolor, Quercus kelloggii, etc. on granitic slopes with boulders and bedrock outcrops, decomposed granite soil. Drainages with Ribes nevadense, Potentilla glanduloas, Salix, Carex, Juncus, etc.
