HabitatRocky slopes and wash of granitic bounders with Larrea tridentata, Encelia farinosa, Hyptis emoryi, Acacia greggii, Eriogonum inflatum, Phacelia distans, Plantago ovata, Cryptantha barbata, and in moister areas weeds such as Brassica tournefortii, Bromus rubens, Schismus barbatus, and Sisymbrium erysimoides. In moist areas, such as shaded base of boulders under shrubs along trail.
