HabitatRocky slopes with level or sloping sandy washes. Annuals abundant, but not producing a 'show'. Common shrubs include: Yucca mohavensis, Ephedra californica, Juniperus californica, Larrea divaricata, Crossosoma bigelovii, Salazaria mexicana, and various Opuntia spp.
