HabitatBurned W-facing slope on basalt; hot fire last fall in chaparral of Adenostoma, Ceanothus cr., Rhus l., Xylococcus, Quercus ag., Q. be., etc. and coastal sage scrub with Salvia me., Artemisia ca. and Eriogonum fa. On rocky hilltop in burned chaparral, absent on slopes with deep soil.
