HabitatPinus Murrayana, some P. monticola - dominant on cliff crest, Tsugas in protected spots, occasional Abies magnifica/ Trail up slope to S frequently snow blocked this date. Carex in heavy clumps on sand at inlet to E of S bay - associated with Muhlenbergia filiformis just starting. Other Carex also, Vaccinium occidentale, V. nivictum, Kalmia polifolia, Polygonum bistortoides, etc.
