HabitatOn a leafless deciduous tree at the NW corner of California Way and Storer Mall. Tree has bark that looks like an old cherry, dark with horizontal lenticels.

macromorphologyLarge parasite subshrub dangling off tree with drooping elongated leaves and inflorescences. This Phoradendron has much larger and droopier leaves than the Phoradendron serotinum that is present on surrounding Gleditsia trees.
