HabitatPinus sabiniana, Quercus agrifolia, Q. chrysolepis the dominants on more exposed slopes; Umbellularia californica and occasionally Arbutus menziesii in moister draws. Vegetation fairly open. Growing in shade of Q. agrifolia and Pinus. More common in open chaparral than in this area.
