Growing on rocky north-facing slope above Chilopsis linearis (Zabriskie-275): Lichens, Selaginella sp., Cheilanthes sp., Dudleya saxosa ssp. aloides, Ephedra sp., Sarcostemma cyananchoides, Franseria dumosa, Lycium andersonii, Hibiscus denudatus, Condalia parryi, Prunus fremontii, Larrea divaricata, Hyptis emoryi, Encelia farinosa, Trixis californica, Acacia greggii, Viguiera deltoides var. parishii, Phacelia sp., Gramineae sp., Hedgehog cactus, Barrel cactus, etc.
