HabitatAlong edge of meadow. Canadian Life Zone with Pinus contorta latifolia, P. monticola, tsuga mertensian, and Abies sp. as the most common tree species. Alnus rhombifolia thickets along and in meadow. Granite boulders and outcroppings common except in meadow.
