Note: Pseudulvella Wille (1909 [1909–1910]: 90) was merged with Ulvella P. Crouan & H. Crouan (1859b: 288) by Nielsen (1977), who, however, has informed us (letter of 8.iv.1986) that P. consociata does not belong in the combined genus. Its taxonomic position is uncertain.
