Editorial Comments 1
Correspondence 1 indicates that for Phacelia ramosissima, TROPICOS, International Plant Names Index, and PLANTS all cite Douglas ex Lehm. (Novarum et Minus Cognitarum Stirpium Pugillus 2: 21. 1830). [Therefore, despite a lack of the usual documentation, author citation expanded to Phacelia ramosissima Douglas ex Lehm., from Phacelia ramosissima Lehm. previously in this Index, 22 Jan 2007.]

Editorial Comments 2
Correspondence 2 indicates that Phacelia hastata and Phacelia ramosissima both were published by Johann Georg Christian Lehmann (Lehm. in Authors of Plant Names) in Novarum et Minus Cognitarum Stirpium Pugillus 2: 20--21 (1830), wherein Lehmann ascribed both names to "Dougl. Mss." but provided his own Latin descriptions. [Thus documenting and confirming for both the expansion to Douglas ex Lehm. of 22 Jan 2007.]
