Correspondence 1 indicates that Dudleya blochmaniae subsp. insularis was published by Reid Moran (Moran in Authors of Plant Names) in Leaflets of Western Botany 7(4):110 (1953), based on Hasseanthus blochmaniae subsp. insularis Moran (Desert Pl. Life 22: 78, fig. 2, 3. 1950). [Therefore, author citation corrected to Dudleya blochmaniae (Eastw.) Moran subsp. insularis (Moran) Moran, from Dudleya blochmaniae (Eastw.) Moran subsp. insularis Moran previously in this Index, 15 Aug 2006.]
