Sorau 7 (1911), wherein Brand ascribed the name to "Congdon in Herb., teste Parish" but provided his own Latin description. [Therefore, author citation expanded to Phacelia vallicola Congdon ex Brand, from Phacelia vallicola Brand previously in this Index, 22 Jan 2007.]
