[In fact, Myosotis sylvatica Ehrh. ex Hoffm. is listed as a Current Jepson Flora Project Misapplied name under Myosotis latifolia Poir. in this Index. Therefore, Myosotis sylvatica Ehrh. ex Hoffm. is to be treated as a name that in California has been misapplied to plants belonging instead to Myosotis latifolia Poir., so that a Current Status of Jepson Flora Project-8 is appropriate.]
