Initial Editorial Comments under Trichostema parishii in Abrams & Ferris, Illustrated Flora of the Pacific States, said to be "frequently cult. in the Pacific States and often seeding spontaneously"; in no way mentioned in Munz; said to be cult in CA, but not otherwise treated in The Jepson Manual [Ed. 1]; according to Source c, occurring in California as a waif (20 Feb 2003).
