Correspondence 1 indicates that Keckiella corymbosa was published by Richard M. Straw (Straw in Authors of Plant Names) in Brittonia 19:203 (1967), based on Penstemon corymbosus published by A. DC. in Prodromus 10:593--594 (1846), wherein DeCandolle ascribed the name to "Benth. in lit." but provided his own description. [Therefore, author citation corrected to Keckiella corymbosa (Benth. ex A. DC.) Straw, from Keckiella corymbosa (Benth.) Straw previously in this Index, 15 Aug 2007.]
