Correspondence and Comments Subsequent to Initial Analysis
Correspondence 1 Treatment and author notes submitted for The Jepson Manual [Ed. 2] by V. Thomas Parker, Michael C. Vasey, Jon E. Keeley see Comment 1
Editorial Comments 1 Correspondence 1 indicates that for The Jepson Manual [Ed. 2] Arctostaphylos parryana Lemmon subsp. desertica J. E. Keeley, L. M. Boykin & Massihi is to be recognized and treated as native to CA. [Therefore, spelling of epithet changed to "desertica" from "deserticum" in protologue and previously in this Index, consistent with the fact that Arctostaphylos is normally treated as feminine.]
