On the west side of the trail, about 150 yards south of the fish ladder on Deer Creek, about 0.8 mile (air) northeast of USFS Road 27N08 Bridge over Deer Creek, about 2 miles by trail to Highway 32.
Cascade Range Foothills. Dales Lake Ecological Reserve. W side of Manton Rd. (A6) ca. 1 mi n of Dales Station on Hwy. 36, ca. 14 mi ne of Red Bluff. On basalt outcrop near the s tip of the reserve.
Northwest side of Sacramento Valley. Thomes Creek Ecological Reserve. CDFG parcel on the S side of Gyle Rd. NW of Corning. Along the high bank of the intermittent stream ca. 0.3 mi E of the dirt lane along the W side of the parcel.
Inner North Coast Ranges. Nomalaki Trail between Log Springs Rd. (M4) and Bennett Creek (trailhead on Log Springs Rd. uphill from Wilder Pond, west of Salt Creek Conservation Camp).
