On gravel bars, below the high water line of Little Grass Valley Reservoir, where the South Fork of the Feather River flows into the lake, about 4 1/4 miles north-east of La Porte.
Placer Diggings site, ca 4 air mi NE of La Porte, 0.5 mi SE of the South Branch of Slate Creek, and 1.6 mi W of HowlandFlat, W of Co. Rd 690. Along perennial tributary to Sacketts Gulch, in drying soil around edge of pond downslope from spring.
In a meadow, along a small drainage that runs into Fant Creek, south of Fant Creek, near the water trough, about 30 yards southwest of the cabin (destroyed) and corral, north of Forest Road 27N09, about 6 miles (air) northwest of the Boulder Creek Work Center at Antelope Lake.
Northern High Sierra Nevada. Central part of Thompson Valley just wouthwest of the main channel; 1.5 km north of Red Clover Creek. Occasional in one of several small channels headcutting into a wet meadow.
