This paper is called __A Natural Hybrid in the Genus Lewisia__ and it can be found in the Cactus and Succulent Journal of the Cactus and Succulent Society of America. The paper focuses on Lewisias, and there is no mention of Allium siskiyouense, but I suspect that the authors collected a variety of different species on their outing. There is also no reference to '2nd camp' either. The authors only describe one location in the entire paper. Their description is as follows: 'In one natural rock garden near the eastern base of Marble Mountain (northeast corner of S. 22, T. 43 N ., R. 12 W., at an elevation of about 6,400 ft.)'
