The given elevation of 3500 to 4000 feet on the specimen label would correspond to 2 miles w of the specified junction along W Br Indian Cr.________I am examining the specimen which was brought to my attention as a collection of Pectiantia pentandra (Mitella pentandra) that if verified would lower the low end of the elevation range from 1500 m to 1200 m.

Be aware that Layia glandulosa (former subsp. lutea)occurs along Clear Creek in the area that is described by Sharsmith, but closer to the junction (~1 mile SE). The specimen may be a misID of Layia glandulosa.
