This year's Moss meeting was held on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley. All people interested in the biology of mosses were welcome to attend. Topics ranged across all areas of experimental bryology, from the genome to whole organism, genetics and physiology to evolution (for the two past meetings see Moss 2004 and Moss 2005.

  • Tuesday June 27th
    Travel day for those who attended the field excursion
  • Wednesday June 28th
    - Field excursion to wine country north of the Bay to see some California history, oak-conifer forest in the world-famous Sonoma Valley
    - An evening reception and light dinner was held at 6:00pm in the University and Jepson Herbaria, 1001 Valley Life Science Building on campus, opened the meeting in style.
  • Thursday June 29th
    9:00 am - 5:00 pm Foothill Complex: Contributed paper sessions and discussion
  • Friday June 30th
    - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Foothill Complex: Contributed paper sessions and discussion
    - meeting banquet in the evening
  • Saturday July 1st
