Thysanocarpus curvipes subsp. amplectens (Greene) P.J. Alexander & Windham
Stem: glabrous. Fruit: < 6 mm, 3.5--5.5(6.5) mm wide; wing rayed, entire, crenate, with spoon-shaped lobes, or perforated; style 0.2--0.7 mm.
Ecology: Slopes, washes, moist meadows, woodland, streambanks; Elevation: < 2500 m. Bioregional Distribution: SW, D; Distribution Outside California: southern Arizona, southwestern New Mexico, Mexico (northern Sonora). Note: Intergrades with Thysanocarpus curvipes subsp. eradiatus where ranges overlap in southern California, southern Arizona.
