Acmispon procumbens (Greene) Brouillet
Habit: Perennial herb or stiff subshrub, puberulent or strigose, often gray. Stem: generally much-branched, 1--10 dm. Leaf: subpalmate; stipules gland-like; leaflets generally 3, 4--12 mm, oblanceolate to obovate; axis flat, +- blade-like. Inflorescence: 1--3-flowered, peduncle 0 or 1--3 mm, bract 0. Flower: calyx lobes strigose; corolla yellow or with red, wings > keel. Fruit: indehiscent, pendent, exserted, 10--15 mm, oblong, curved, generally straight in age, generally not flat; beak 2--3 mm. Seed: 2--3.
