Oxalis micrantha Bertero ex Colla
Habit: Annual; roots fibrous; bulbs 0. Stem: erect, < 20 cm, hairy. Leaf: cauline; petiole < 5 cm; leaflets < 13 mm, hairs sparse. Inflorescence: generally raceme-like, 6--14-flowered; peduncle < 15 cm; pedicel recurved in fruit. Flower: sepals < 4 mm, linear to lanceolate; petals < 12 mm, oblong, yellow. Fruit: < 5 mm, ovoid to +- spheric.
Ecology: Foothill woodland, rock outcrops, disturbed sites; Elevation: < 1000 m. Bioregional Distribution: SNF, ScV, CCo; Distribution Outside California: South America. Flowering Time: Apr--May
