Habit: Plant 16--53 cm. Leaf: basal 6--16 cm, 3--10(19) mm wide, grass-like. Inflorescence: (6)9--30(40) cm, sparsely flowered, axis longer than peduncle. Flower: fragrance 0; perianth translucent green; sepals 2--4 mm, upper +- projecting between lateral petals, lower strongly recurved; lateral petals erect to recurved, +- sickle-shaped, lip 2--3(5) mm, lance-deltate, strongly upcurved above middle, spur +- club-shaped, 1--2.5 mm, < lip.
Ecology: Open conifer forest, scrub; Elevation: 1300--2000 m. Bioregional Distribution: NCoRH, CaRH, SN. Flowering Time: Jun--Aug
