Ribes binominatum A. Heller
Habit: Plant generally < 2.5 dm. Stem: low, spreading, rooting; nodal spines 3; internodes not bristly. Leaf: blade 2--5 cm, glandular-hairy. Inflorescence: 1--4-flowered. Flower: hypanthium 2--4 mm, +- as long as wide; sepals reflexed, 4--6 mm, green-white to green with red margins; petals 2--3 mm, white to pink, flat or abaxially shallowly concave; anthers exceeding petals. Fruit: 8--10 mm, yellow-green; prickles stout, nonglandular, yellow, hairs glandular or not.
Ecology: Montane, subalpine forest, meadows; Elevation: 1000--2300 m. Bioregional Distribution: KR, NCoRH; Distribution Outside California: Oregon. Flowering Time: May--Jun
