Ranunculus flammula L.
Habit: Perennial herb (3)10--45 cm, generally rooting at nodes. Leaf: base acute to thread-like, margin entire or minutely serrate, tip acute to thread-like. Inflorescence: bracts lanceolate to oblanceolate. Flower: receptacle glabrous; sepals 5, spreading or +- reflexed, 1--2 mm wide, early-deciduous; petals 5--6, 1--4 mm wide. Fruit: body 1.2--1.6 mm, 1--1.4 mm wide, lenticular, wall thick, smooth, beak 0.1--0.6 mm, straight or curved, lanceolate to linear.
