Marah watsonii (Cogn.) Greene
Habit: Herbage glaucous. Flower: corolla generally < 8 mm wide, deeply cup-shaped, white. Fruit: 2--3.5 cm, +- spheric, often striped dark green; prickles +- 0 to dense, flexible, often hooked. Seed: 1--4, 11--14 mm, +- spheric.
Ecology: Shrubby areas, forest edges; Elevation: < 1200 m. Bioregional Distribution: KR, NCoRI, s CaR, n SN, ScV. Flowering Time: Mar--Apr
