Lonicera subspicata Hook. & Arn.
Habit: Generally twining or reclining on shrubs, 9--24 dm; herbage glabrous to puberulent. Leaf: generally 1--4 cm; blade base round or +- tapered, tip round or obtuse; upper pairs not fused around stem. Inflorescence: spike, long, interrupted, often +- glandular-hairy. Flower: corolla 8--12 mm, strongly 2-lipped, pale yellow, often hairy; stamens, stigma exserted. Fruit: +- 8 mm, red or yellow.
