Fritillaria micrantha A. Heller
Habit: Large bulb scales 1--4, small 12--60. Stem: 4--9 dm. Leaf: in 1--3 whorls of 4--6 below, alternate above, 4.5--15 cm, linear to narrowly lanceolate. Flower: nodding; perianth parts 1--2 cm, +- purple to green-white, faintly mottled or not, nectary > 1/3 perianth, narrowly lanceolate, green-white, dotted purple; style divided 1/3--2/3, branches strongly recurved. Fruit: widely winged. Chromosomes: 2n=24.
Ecology: Common. Dry benches, slopes; Elevation: 300--1800 m. Bioregional Distribution: SN. Flowering Time: Apr--Jun
